In the 2024 WCL, Gurkeerat Mann displayed remarkable form, scoring 154 runs in five matches at a stellar strike rate of 158.76. Yuvraj Singh, renowned for his explosive batting, also turned back the clock, amassing 152 runs in seven innings at a strike rate of 133.33.
Meanwhile, Shubman Gill showcased his skills as the leading wicket-taker for India during the Zimbabwe tour. Gill scored 170 runs in five innings at a strike rate of 125.93 and has been named as Suryakumar Yadav’s deputy for the upcoming T20I series against Sri Lanka, starting on July 27.
