Harmanpreet Kaur-Led Indian Team Leaves for UAE Ahead of T20 World Cup Campaign
Ahead of their departure, Harmanpreet Kaur expressed optimism about India’s chances of overcoming the challenge posed by defending champions Australia. In a press conference held in Mumbai, Harmanpreet stated, “We know that whenever we play against them, we can beat them any day, any time. Winning the title is a great opportunity for us. They know we are a strong team.”
India is eager to build on their past performances, particularly their 2020 T20 World Cup final appearance, where they were defeated by Australia. Harmanpreet remains confident that India can surpass their past results by fielding what she described as the “best team going into the World Cup.”
