In India’s opening clash of the 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup against New Zealand on Friday, October 4, star cricketer Jemimah Rodrigues was adjudged the “Fielder of the Match.” Her exceptional fielding in the deep reinforced her reputation as one of the finest fielders in the Indian squad.
Jemimah Rodrigues, stationed in key hotspots in the outfield, pulled off several critical stops that helped prevent the New Zealand batters from gaining momentum.
