Indian cricket stars Jemimah Rodrigues and Shikha Pandey, along with their mentor Jhulan Goswami, have joined the Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) ahead of the Women’s Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024. The much-anticipated tournament is set to kick off on August 21, with the final match scheduled for August 29.
Trinbago Knight Riders Women will commence their campaign on Thursday, August 22, facing off against the defending champions, Barbados Royals Women. The team will be led by Deandra Dottin, a dynamic all-rounder known for her explosive performances. Joining the Indian internationals are two prominent overseas players, Meg Lanning, and Jess Jonassen, adding significant strength to the squad.
