After SNP posted an imposing total of 201/3 in their 20 overs, Kyle Mayers made his presence felt early in the second innings. He took two key wickets in the third over, but his standout moment came in the fourth over when he executed a spectacular running catch to dismiss SLK captain Faf du Plessis. Du Plessis had top-edged a fast delivery from Anrich Nortje, and Mayers, sprinting back to wide mid-on, managed to complete a remarkable catch.
