Shah Rukh Khan Shares Heartfelt Post for Kolkata Knight Riders After IPL Victory

Shah Rukh Khan’s Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) secured the Indian Premier League title this year by defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium. Following their commanding victory, Shah Rukh shared a heartfelt gratitude post for his team on social media, featuring the group anthem, “Korbo…Lorbo…Jeetbo….Always.”

Using his X handle, Shah Rukh posted a picture of himself performing a flying kiss gesture during the trophy photoshoot with the entire team. The group photo also included Gauri Khan, Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, Shanaya Kapoor, and Ananya Panday. In his caption, Shah Rukh began, “To my boys…. my team…. my champs….’ these blessed candles of the night’ …. My Stars…of KKR.”

He highlighted the contributions and hard work of the players, writing:

“I cannot do a lot of things and you cannot do them all either…but together we manage most of them. That’s what @KKRiders stood for. Simply being together.”

KKR clinched the IPL 2024 championship with a dominant display against SRH in the final, echoing their inaugural triumph on the same ground in 2012. On May 26, 2024, they reaffirmed their prowess, securing their third trophy in the IPL.
