The original moment occurred during the first ODI in Chennai, where India posted 227 runs, bolstered by MS Dhoni’s century. In Pakistan’s reply, Younis Khan and Nasir Jamshed were cruising with a 112-run partnership. However, in the 31st over, Younis hit a low full toss from Ashok Dinda straight to Ravichandran Ashwin. Bowden, after consulting with the third umpire, confirmed the dismissal, and Raina, standing behind, cheekily mimicked Bowden’s iconic crooked finger gesture, creating an unforgettable cricketing moment.
